About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through maintenance and management of emergency calls for equipment in the assigned area
- Execute repairs and minor service orders to meet customer needs
- Report anomalies, necessary preventive maintenance, or corrective actions to the Supervisor
- Deliver daily route reports and time logs to ensure accurate documentation and payment
- Support the resolution of technical elevator problems as required
- Comply with all company EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Tertiary or professional degree in Electronic, Electrotechnical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related roles
- Basic level of English
- Knowledge of elevator electronic technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multinational companies within the elevator or service industry
- Experience in elevator installation and modernization
