Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of all products within our extensive portfolio
• Independently organize and plan service tours and manage customer inquiries
• Work closely with customers across various industries on-site
• Collaborate directly with the sales team to ensure efficient and sustainable customer management
• Utilize modern IT systems to support daily operations and technical tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, mechanics, electrical engineering, plant engineering, hydraulics, or a comparable field
• Experience in direct customer contact and relationship management is preferred
• A solution-oriented mindset and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers
• Valid Class B driver's license is required
