Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting on professional cleaning machines for businesses and institutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
• Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Manage your own daily schedule and service planning independently
• Represent the company professionally while visiting client sites within the Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels region

Requirements

• Technical education (A2 level preferred)
• Strong technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with a commercial mindset for advising clients
• Computer literacy and experience with digital tools
• Valid Driving License B
• Residing in the Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels region
• Fluency in Dutch is required; knowledge of French or English is a plus
