Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and build standard and custom hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect system components for repair
• Diagnose system components and recommend solutions to customers
• Design, fabricate, machine, and weld parts and components
• Assemble new and repaired equipment and test for performance
• Prepare job forms listing necessary parts and labor
• Assist customers with technical questions and provide quotes or orders when needed
• Perform maintenance on assigned customer products within the service shop

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
