Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance tasks promptly to ensure shopping center safety and appearance
• Respond to 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance requests
• Prepare vacant tenant spaces for leasing
• Conduct regular inspections of building and site elements
• Execute preventative maintenance and improvement plans
• Coordinate with local authorities, tenants, and contractors
• Manage emergency preparedness and post-emergency recovery for storm events

Requirements

• Minimum two years of operational experience in a shopping center
• EPA 608 Universal certification
• High School diploma (technical school preferred)
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, and service
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug test and criminal/credit background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and HVAC background
