Service Technician Medical Technology

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on Getinge medical technology products
• Provide comprehensive product and customer support for all service-related matters
• Document all service activities accurately within the designated documentation system
• Act as a medical device consultant based on MPDG requirements
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal sales teams
• Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and internal company requirements
• Perform duties as a qualified electrician for specified technical tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineer, Medical Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a service, medical, or electrical technician
• Strong technical understanding of electronics, mechanics, and medical technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both German and English
• High level of flexibility, reliability, and a structured way of working
• Experience in field service is an advantage
