About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, routine maintenance, and extraordinary repairs on laser division machinery
- Provide customer training and support during production startup
- Offer remote technical support to clients when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem analysis and communication
Requirements
- Higher technical education in a relevant field
- Proven ability to perform mechanical and electrical technical repairs
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and specific service-related IT tools
- Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to travel nationwide from Monday to Friday, including 4 overnight stays per week
- Ideally based in Northern or Central Italy
