Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, gates, industrial doors, and loading dock equipment
• Respond to assignments from the dispatch team and maintain an organized service truck
• Work independently or with a small team to install and repair commercial doors and man-doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing all job duties

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with commercial doors
• 1+ year of experience hanging man doors or pedestrian doors
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• 1-3 years of welding and/or electrical experience
