About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform field and workshop maintenance and repair of John Deere forestry equipment
- Travel extensively to customer sites, with the potential for overnight stays
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
Requirements
- Time-served apprenticeship or National Diploma in Forestry, Agriculture, or Construction
- Proven knowledge of hydraulic and electrical/electronic control systems
- Full UK driving license
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to working hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the forestry, agricultural, or construction sectors
- Understanding of John Deere products and the forestry industry
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
