Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment in both workshop and field environments.
• Execute equipment pre-deliveries, commissioning, and on-site installation support for clients.
• Maintain close contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve technical issues.
• Document all activities in the system, including service reports, man-hours, and required spare parts.
• Provide technical justifications for services rendered and enter key recommendations into the TechLead platform.
• Comply with all company Occupational Health and Safety (SST) policies and standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• 2+ years of specialized experience with compressed air equipment and multi-brand management.
• Mandatory experience in the maintenance of centrifugal equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics.
• Must reside in Medellin.
• Availability for 40% national travel, including weekends to regions such as Antioquia, Eje Cafetero, and the coast.
• Valid C1 driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to draft technical reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NASH vacuum pumps.
• Experience with positive displacement blowers or turbo blowers.
• Experience with high-pressure compressors.
