Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance both in the workshop and on-site according to established guidelines
• Execute pre-delivery inspections and equipment commissioning
• Provide on-site support for equipment installation activities at customer locations
• Maintain close contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve technical issues
• Document all service activities in the system, including activity reports, labor hours, and spare parts used
• Monitor equipment for abnormal operating conditions and take necessary action to prevent catastrophic damage
• Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment (SST) policies and standards

Requirements

• University Technician, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience in compressed air systems
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar technical roles
• Valid Class C1 driver's license
• Technical knowledge in at least one of the following: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or electronics
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
• Strong report writing skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Customer service orientation
