Service Technician Infection Control Medical Technology

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on Getinge infection control products
• Provide customer support and technical consultation regarding product service and usage
• Document all service activities and maintenance tasks within the designated system
• Act as a medical device consultant in accordance with MPDG regulations
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal service teams, and sales representatives
• Function as a qualified electrician for specific assigned tasks and service areas

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineer, Medical Electronics Technician, or Energy Electronics Technician
• Professional experience in service, medical technology, or electrical/electronic engineering
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and medical technology systems
• Proficiency in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
• Basic IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a high degree of flexibility
