Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal and common areas
• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including grounds, housekeeping, and preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Manage recycling, trash enclosures, and compactor rooms
• Perform make-ready tasks including cleaning and painting
• Clean, vacuum, and balance pools
• Assist with weather-related cleanup such as snow and ice management
• Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts
• Work safely using proper PPE

Requirements

• EPA certification
• Fundamentals of mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools (circular saw, power drill, hedge trimmer, etc.)
• Ability to use motorized vehicles and golf carts
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and smartphones
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to work on-call shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to enter confined spaces
