Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis and other brand elevators and escalators
- Anticipate technical scenarios, develop diagnostics, and propose effective solutions
- Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met and prioritize service quality
- Maintain high safety standards during all field operations
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics
- Valid NR10 and NR35 certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with maintenance and service for elevators and escalators
