Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis and other brand elevators and escalators
• Anticipate technical scenarios, develop diagnostics, and propose effective solutions
• Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met and service quality is maintained
• Work the afternoon shift (12:12 to 22:00) in the Greater Florianópolis region

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics
• Valid NR10 and NR35 certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with maintenance and service for elevators and escalators
