Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis and other brand elevators
• Conduct technical diagnostics to anticipate potential issues and propose effective solutions
• Interact with customers to address their needs and ensure high service quality
• Maintain equipment functionality to ensure the continuous movement of passengers

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics
• Valid NR10 and NR35 certifications
• Ability to work on-site in the São Paulo North region (including Penha, São Miguel Paulista, Itaquera, Guaianazes, and Guarulhos)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with maintenance and service for elevators and escalators
