Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors and industrial equipment in both field and workshop settings
• Conduct basic to intermediate diagnostics, component replacements, and inspections
• Evaluate equipment performance in the field and identify root causes of failures
• Prepare technical reports and provide conclusive findings regarding executed services
• Identify necessary spare parts and plan maintenance activities based on equipment history
• Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed technical degree, preferably in electroelectronics
• Proven experience working with compressors and compressed air dryers
• Solid knowledge of electrical commands, including construction, interpretation of industrial diagrams, and fault diagnosis
• Availability for travel to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems
