Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Execute installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on screw air compressors, dryers, and accessories
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and communication failures
• Prepare technical reports and document all performed activities according to internal procedures
• Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers during field interventions
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality protocols, and company regulations
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify commercial opportunities and provide technical support

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Electromechanics, or related fields
• Solid experience in the maintenance of screw air compressors and air dryers
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving faults in industrial equipment
• Knowledge of industrial control, communication, and electromechanical systems
• Valid driver's license and availability for field service and travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training specifically in compressor maintenance and compressed air systems
• Manufacturer certifications for compressors or other industrial equipment
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and applicable regulations (e.g., NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-35)
• Intermediate English skills for reading and interpreting technical documentation
• Familiarity with industrial equipment monitoring and communication systems
