Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
• Conduct system upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements
• Identify and resolve technical issues and perform diagnostic tests
• Provide remote and on-site support to address client concerns
• Interface directly with clients to understand needs and provide system training
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, equipment inventory, and configuration changes
• Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards

Requirements

• United States Citizenship
• Active Driver’s License
• 5+ years of experience in security system installation and maintenance
• Experience with projects valued at $100K minimum
• Experience with Lenel S2, Software House CCure 9000, or Gallagher
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant trade certification
• Product-specific certifications in Lenel S2 or Software House CCure 9000
• Background in electrical, fire alarm, life safety, or building automation
