Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs
• Maintain property curb appeal and common area cleanliness
• Execute make-ready tasks including cleaning and interior/exterior painting
• Manage recycling, trash enclosures, and compactor rooms
• Clean, vacuum, and balance pools
• Assist with weather-related cleanup such as snow and ice management
• Maintain and inspect shop equipment, storerooms, and golf carts
• Work safely using proper PPE and attend required safety training

Requirements

• EPA certification
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (circular saws, drills, paint sprayers, etc.)
• Ability to use a smartphone and basic computer skills for mobile apps
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders or enter confined spaces
• Availability to work on-call shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles or golf carts
