Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of dental and medical equipment in the Schwerin region.
• Perform new installations of dental/technical equipment, with a focus on sterile hygiene devices and modernization projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including ordering necessary spare parts in coordination with the technical back office.
• Provide technical handovers and training for practice owners and their staff.
• Resolve technical customer complaints and actively support technical sales activities, such as maintenance contracts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling technical equipment and strong manual dexterity.
• Training or vocational qualification in dental technology, medical technology, electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in field service roles.
• Ability to work effectively within an established team.
