Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and demonstrate new dental equipment in customer practices according to manufacturer specifications and agreed drawings.
• Use various tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring, and plumbing to ensure high-quality installations.
• Verify equipment functionality by checking for leaks, noises, and other operational issues.
• Demonstrate installed equipment to customers to ensure they understand its operation and are satisfied.
• Liaise between Installation Supervisors, Salespeople, and customers to resolve any technical or logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Perform cabinetry modifications and manufacturer warranty work as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience.
• Certification in Electrical Installation work, including practical experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of x-rays, air systems, and water systems.
• Strong customer interpersonal skills and the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
