Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and demonstrate new dental equipment in customer practices according to manufacturer specifications
• Use various tools for assembly, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fixing to ensure high-quality installations
• Perform equipment testing to check for leaks, noises, and proper functionality during operation
• Demonstrate installed equipment to customers to ensure they understand its operation
• Liaise between Installation Supervisors, Sales representatives, and customers to resolve technical or logistical issues
• Maintain accurate records of installations and company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Undertake cabinetry modifications and manufacturer warranty work as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience
• Certification of Electrical Installation work including practical experience
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of x-rays, air, and water systems
• Strong customer interpersonal skills and ability to work at a fast pace
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
