Service Technician Heat Pumps

Responsibilities

• Installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems at customer sites
• Support installation partners with smooth integration into existing heating systems and provide on-site technical advice
• Planning, design, and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections
• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults as well as performing repairs in the field
• Precise documentation of all work steps and conducting clear technical instructions for customers and partners
• Close cooperation with project management and the technical team for successful project implementation

Requirements

• Completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the field of heating and heat pump technology
• Professional experience in field service is an advantage
• High degree of reliability, independence, and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel within Germany (company vehicle provided) - Class B driver's license required
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports)
• Fluent German skills (at least B2/C1)
