Service Technician Heat Pumps

Responsibilities

• Installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems at customer sites
• Supporting installation partners with integration into existing heating systems and providing on-site technical advice
• Planning, design, and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections
• Analyzing and troubleshooting faults and performing repairs in the field
• Precise documentation of all work steps and providing clear technical instructions to customers and partners
• Close collaboration with project management and the technical team to ensure successful project implementation

Requirements

• Completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of heating and heat pump technology
• Field service experience is an advantage
• High level of reliability, independence, and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel within Germany (company vehicle provided)
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports)
• Fluent German skills (at least B2/C1)
