Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and calibration of ICU and Operating Room equipment at customer sites.
• Implement Field Corrective Actions and handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Provide advice and knowledge sharing to clients and end-users regarding proper equipment operation and usage.
• Meet assigned key KPIs for both individual and departmental service performance.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of field service experience working with industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret service manuals and follow strict maintenance guidelines.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
