Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend and repair all critical machine and engine adjustments
• Study, read, and interpret schematic engineering drawings
• Test to ensure accuracy of repairs
• Maintain detailed records of service interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions
• Complete all assignments in a timely manner and meet service delivery schedules

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and understand schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Basic PC knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field service

Preferred Qualifications

• Drilling equipment operation experience
• Farm background or farm work experience
• Experience working on engines or automotive components
• Heavy equipment use or manufacturing experience
