Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various pieces of fitness equipment at residential and commercial locations
• Identify necessary replacement parts and coordinate with the main office for ordering
• Assemble, disassemble, and install equipment at commercial facilities
• Complete accurate and thorough customer work order reports using Field Service Management software
• Interact with customers professionally to explain repairs and equipment failures
• Drive a branded company vehicle between job sites and maintain vehicle cleanliness

Requirements

• 1+ year of mechanical or electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficiency using a phone or tablet for scheduling and reporting
• Ability to perform daily local travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing fitness equipment
