Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Annual inspection and installation of fire protection equipment including extinguishers, hoses, and fixed systems
• Service and repair of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and guidance systems
• Maintenance of safety-related rescue equipment on vessels and commercial properties
• Documentation of completed work in digital systems and adherence to HSE (HMS) protocols

Requirements

• Vocational certificate (fagbrev) in electrical, automation, mechanical, maritime, or technical fields preferred
• Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal certification
• Driver's license (Class B) is required
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and oral)
• Ability to work in heights and confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with fire protection systems on vessels or land-based properties
