Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Annual inspection of fire protection installations including portable extinguishers, fire hoses, fixed extinguishing systems, fire alarms, emergency/escape lighting, and rescue equipment
• Service and repair of fire protection installations
• Documentation of completed work in digital systems
• Compliance with HSE (HMS) protocols

Requirements

• Trade certificate in electrical, automation, mechanical, maritime, or technical fields
• Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal certification
• Experience with fire protection systems on vessels or land is an advantage
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and oral)
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Structured, accurate, and safety-conscious
• Independent and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
