Service Technician Field

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of Epiroc underground and surface equipment
• Conduct machine inspections and verifications as required
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Provide a positive customer experience and maintain strong client relationships
• Document daily work hours and technical reports for each shift
• Participate in company-offered training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Travel to client sites with a flexible schedule, including potential weekend work and travel outside the province

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in the mining industry
• Heavy equipment technician qualification or certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations
• Proficiency in English and French is an asset
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
