Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and intermediate service and upkeep of robotic systems and electric bicycles
• Repair common faults in robotic platforms, modular components, and electric bicycle drivetrains
• Assist with complex diagnostic methods for robotic systems and e-bikes alongside senior technicians
• Complete repairs on electrical systems, control units, and battery packs
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts to guide repair work
• Document all diagnostic steps and repair actions in the service management system
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce fleet downtime

Requirements

• 1+ year of service work experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in repair

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle, bicycle, or fleet service (electric or autonomous vehicles)
• Experience with robotics or aircraft maintenance
• Proficiency with JIRA, MaintainX, or similar service tools
