Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and intermediate service and upkeep of robotic systems and electric bicycles
• Repair common faults in robotic platforms, modular components, electric bicycle drivetrains, and support vehicles
• Assist with complex or unusual faults alongside senior technicians to learn advanced diagnostic methods
• Complete repairs on electrical systems, control units, battery packs, and hardware
• Use and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts
• Document all diagnostic steps, repair actions, and component failures in the service management system
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

Requirements

• 1+ year of service work experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity for repair work

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle, bicycle, or fleet service (electric or autonomous vehicles)
• Experience with robotics or aircraft maintenance
• Experience with JIRA, MaintainX, or other service management tools
