Responsibilities
- Assess and identify technical issues with solar equipment using troubleshooting protocols
- Replace faulty equipment and manage the commissioning process
- Communicate with homeowners regarding service findings and next steps
- Coordinate with manufacturer technical support to troubleshoot on-site equipment
- Order standard parts and manage warranty claims and approvals
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Manage company work truck inventory, including tools and necessary parts
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in solar equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with equipment replacement and commissioning
- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
