Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute physicochemical water treatment programs in accordance with contractual specifications
• Conduct technical site visits to monitor the performance of treatment systems
• Control chemical product dosing and manage operational variables
• Identify deviations, failures, or risks and propose technical solutions
• Perform equipment inspections and generate detailed technical reports
• Monitor on-site chemical product inventories
• Conduct water sampling and physicochemical analysis
• Document results, trends, and value delivered to the client
• Ensure compliance with service standards, safety protocols, and regulations
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial water treatment
• Knowledge of chemical dosing, physicochemical analysis, and system operation
• Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and pumping equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
