Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and servicing of Carrier and other manufacturers' HVAC equipment
• Manage independent scheduling, including contacting customers and arranging service times
• Prepare and procure necessary materials for repairs and maintenance tasks
• Document completed work in the job management system and provide feedback to customers
• Ensure accuracy of equipment lists and perform daily time reporting
• Identify customer needs and create opportunities for additional sales
• Participate in the development of work methods, processes, and Carrier products

Requirements

• Secondary education in refrigeration, HVAC, environmental technology, or a related field
• Refrigerant certification (Class Y3)
• Valid hot work permit and strong EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) knowledge
• Proven experience in technical maintenance and customer service
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
