Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for a variety of motor vehicles and equipment, including cargo trucks, sedans, motorcycles, and forklifts.
• Oversee workshop administration and service operations.
• Manage personnel, including handling payroll incidents and team supervision.
• Maintain strict inventory control of parts and supplies.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree (TSU, Licenciatura, or Ingeniería) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Diesel Engines, Automotive Maintenance, or a related field (Degree required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules.
