Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, fault finding, repairs, rigging/de-rigging, and maintenance of BAUER equipment on-site or at the Sydney workshop
• Liaise with customer service staff to rectify faults both on-site and via telephone
• Collaborate with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team to provide jobsite feedback and assist in fault rectification
• Manage various tasks related to repairs, maintenance, and spare parts requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with BAUER standards regarding Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction or foundation equipment
• Specific knowledge of Bauer, RTG, MAT, or KLEMM equipment
• Thorough understanding of modern mobile hydraulics and electrics/electronics
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
• Full driving license recognizable in Australia
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand and work flexible hours as required
