Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing plants across the EMEA, AMEA, and Asia regions
• Perform equipment renovation and assembly at the central service center for subsequent installation in plants
• Assist plants with urgent repairs, general maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
• Create and share best practices to increase efficiency and standardize processes
• Prepare maintenance procedures and provide training to technical personnel
• Support projects involving the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
• Prepare reports and documentation for renovations at both plant sites and the central Plzeň center

Requirements

• High school or university degree in a technical field
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, toolmaker, service technician, or mechanical fitter in a manufacturing environment
• English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher
• Willingness to travel as required by projects
• Willingness to work occasional overtime for urgent service interventions
• Strong communication skills
