Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers and internal stakeholders regarding coating technologies and product applications.
• Conduct on-site visits and technical presentations to assist customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing ones based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to sales and service teams.
• Perform research and analysis on emerging coating technologies and industry trends.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate information to internal and external parties.
• Ensure all products and services comply with industry standards, safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical services or related roles within the coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of coating technologies, applications, and performance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to travel to customer facilities and industry events.
