About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in-store, diagnosing functionality issues for mobile devices and accessories.
  • Manage and control store inventory, including mobile devices, accessories, and SIM cards, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Execute warranty and out-of-warranty service processes, including device replacements and coordinating with authorized service centers (CSA).
  • Perform administrative and back-office tasks related to service events, device tracking, and customer interaction logging.
  • Promote and sell value-added services and products, such as device configuration, data transfer, accessories, and device insurance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry (3 years preferred).
  • Minimum of partially completed university studies (Licenciatura trunca).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel, and Windows operating systems.
  • English language proficiency (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or engineering studies in Systems or a related technical field.
