About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in-store regarding the functionality and quality of mobile devices and accessories.
- Diagnose device issues to determine if they fall under warranty or out-of-warranty service.
- Manage and control store inventory, including mobile devices, accessories, and SIM cards.
- Coordinate the sending and receiving of devices with authorized service centers (CSA).
- Perform administrative and back-office tasks related to device replacements and service records.
- Promote and sell value-added services, such as SIM cards, device configuration, data transfer, and device insurance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry (3 years preferred).
- Minimum of partial university studies (Licenciatura trunca).
- Proficiency in PC usage, Windows software, and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
- English language proficiency (approximately 50%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or engineering studies in Systems or a related technical field.
