Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform service and troubleshooting within VVS (plumbing/HVAC)
• Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems related to heating, cooling, and process
• Work with expansion systems, district heating centers, flow meters, and backflow protection
• Manage customer relations with contractors, consultants, and property owners
• Plan and execute assignments independently with a focus on quality and service
• Document and report work digitally

Requirements

• Experience in service and maintenance work, preferably within property or industry
• Technical knowledge in VVS, electricity, or control and regulation technology
• Valid B-driver's license
• Good computer literacy and ability to document work
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Solution-oriented and structured approach
