AM/PM Door & Gate is a leading commercial door, gate, and access control company serving Southern California. We specialize in diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and upgrading commercial systems for property managers, HOAs, general contractors, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with commercial hollow metal and aluminum storefront doors
• Repair and replace closers, pivots, panic hardware, hinges, electric strikes, and related components
• Troubleshoot sectional and rolling steel doors including springs, operators, and alignment
• Diagnose and repair slide and swing gate operators (DoorKing, LiftMaster, Viking, Ramset, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair access control components including maglocks, keypads, card readers, and photo eyes
• Identify life-safety or UL325 compliance deficiencies
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete digital work orders and maintain organized truck stock

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in commercial door, gate, or access control service
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Mechanical and low-voltage electrical experience
• Ability to work independently and manage daily route
• Professional communication skills
• Clean driving record
