Service Technical & Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical escalation point for harvester products, specifically grape, forage, and sugarcane harvesters
• Support dealer technicians with advanced remote and structured diagnosis of complex machine issues
• Identify and track emerging product concerns, escalating them through established processes for resolution
• Provide detailed product performance feedback and contribute to market reporting and Product Improvement Programs
• Develop and deliver structured technical training programs for dealer technicians across Australia and New Zealand
• Travel across the ANZ region for scheduled training delivery, dealer visits, and field days

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with agricultural machinery, ideally specializing in harvesters
• At least 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing engines, hydraulics, transmissions, final drives, and differentials
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical ability to research and present technical information
• Willingness to travel across the Australia and New Zealand region
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in presentation or training is a strong advantage
