About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
- Communicate with customers via phone and digital mediums
- Assist Sales and Field Agents with technical product issues
- Generate and maintain knowledge content in the Knowledge Management System
- Research technologies via search engines, vendor sites, and user forums
- Proactively share information to prevent future customer issues
- Position viable workarounds to achieve desired business outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for the escalation process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic technical knowledge of IT/Networking equipment and software
- Functional knowledge of Oracle CRM, Smartsheet, or SharePoint
