About the role

Responsibilities

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • Communicate with customers via phone and digital mediums
  • Assist Sales and Field Agents with technical product issues
  • Generate and maintain knowledge content in the Knowledge Management System
  • Research technologies via search engines, vendor sites, and user forums
  • Proactively share information to prevent future customer issues
  • Position viable workarounds to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for the escalation process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic technical knowledge of IT/Networking equipment and software
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle CRM, Smartsheet, or SharePoint
