Service Team Member

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and helpful manner
• Prepare food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Handle payment and cash transactions accurately following company policies
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen stations
• Follow all food safety, rotation, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
