Service Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of 10+ multi-skilled technical employees at the Brampton service center
• Coordinate the deployment of fleet and staff for daily activities and project work
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety practices, quality standards, and company policies
• Manage purchase orders for parts and oversee service order execution
• Maintain facility cleanliness and operational readiness
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and equipment allocation
• Provide reporting and analysis to the Service Center Manager
• Drive adherence to business practices and cost controls to ensure profitability
• Manage electronic daily timesheets and provide timely customer support

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more technical employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to travel 20-30% annually
• Availability to participate in on-call duties
