Service Team Laboratory Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service inquiries regarding appointments and service requests via email.
• Manage and track customer orders within the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate technical coordination between customer service, sales, and laboratory management.
• Handle clarification cases regarding samples from sample reception and the laboratory, including assessing technical feasibility.
• Process incoming emails regarding clarification cases and communicate with the sample reception or relevant laboratory departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or completed technical training (e.g., CTA, BTA, MTA, UTA, or Chemielaborant).
• Career changers and students who have partially completed their studies are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
• Good German language skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in stressful situations.
