Service Team Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant
• Follow all operational standards and safety procedures to ensure food quality and freshness
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment across various stations, including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations is a plus
• Food Handler certification (may be required based on local regulations)
